The patented TML (Thin Material Lifting) and TMC (Thin Material Clamping) magnet technology makes Alfra's lightweight permanent magnets unique - they can be customised in a variety of ways and, depending on the model, can adhere to materials as thin as just one millimetre.
Lifting Magnet TML 250: Thanks to patented magnet technology, you can lift safely and comfortably with the TML 250. The name: TML (Thin Material Lifting). There’s a wide range of application possibilities in these three letters. For example, the lifting magnet is showing an excellent performance on thin-walled materials. On materials from a thickness of 3 mm, the holding force is already 90 kg (for uncoated and stainless steels). From a thickness of ten millimeters, the TML 250 is convincing with a load capacity of 250 kg – with a triple safety factor. And with a dead weight of 3.5 kg, the magnet is up to 70 percent lighter than conventional permanent magnets with a comparable performance. Like all Alfra products, this versatile helper in metal working, on building sites or in shipyards is particularly user-friendly: Activate the TML 250 by means of a practical one-hand operation inside a T-beam and connect the 360° rotating load swivel with your crane, ceiling crane or hoist - for example by means of a hook with safety flap or a load loop. Thanks to the resistant magnetic surface with TiN coating, theTML 250 is extremely robust.
