Compact Flex® Hand hydraulics When it comes to puch-outs close to the edges of the cabinet, the Alfra Compact Flex® is showing full potential. The manual puncher is a save alternative to a saw or a drilling machine, because there are no metal chips. The risk of a short circuit is thus minimized. That’s why the Alfra Compact Flex®is also the perfect device for punch-outs in very small or equipped contol cabinets. The 60 cm high pressure hose ensures full flexibility.
Akku-Compact Flex®: In narrow angles, as well as in small or equipped control cabinets, the 2,5 kg lightweight Akku-Compact Flex® is the save option to a saw or a drilling machine – because no metal chips are generated during the punching process. The battery is ready for use again after a charging time of only 30 minutes.
Alfra busbar bending and hole punching device – BS 160
From bending to punching in just a few steps - the BS160 from ALFRA is meeting this task due to its hydraulic cylinder with a capacity of up to 600 bar. And even better: Thanks to bending dies for the settings R=11 mm and R=5 mm and an uncomplicated height adjustment , you can bend conductor rails with dimensions up to 160 mm X 12 mm effortlessly and precisely.
Holes with a diameter between 6.6 mm and 21.5 mm are also easy to make. The hole puncher with neoprene spring is inserted and ready in no time. To ensure a long service life, the base frame oft he BS160 is made of particularly resistant special aluminium.

ALFRA PRESS AP 400 - stationary punching machine: Driven by 600 bar, it punches sheet steel, stainless steel, aluminium and plastic. 400 mm throat depth, 220 kg dead weight and 46 kN punching force. When it comes to punching without pre-drilling, our AP 400 is second to none - whether it's for switch cabinet housings, switch cabinet doors or mounting plates. Openings in round, square or rectangular shapes are created effortlessly. Special shapes are also possible.
ALFRA PRESS AP 600 - stationary punching machine: The strongest of our punching presses without pre-drilling is used when size matters: 600 mm working radius, 60 kN punching force at 165 bar, 66 mm punching stroke and 360 kg net weight. This high-performance pillar hole punch was specially developed for panelbuilders. Its core competence: square, rectangular or special shapes for sheet metal and control cabinet doors with dimensions of up to 2200 mm x 1000 mm and a folding height of up to 30 mm. Ask about customised products too!
ALFRA PRESS AP 250 - stationary punching machine: The workbench-mounted punch can be used on switch cabinet doors, terminal boxes, cable guide plates or housings with a projection of up to 250 mm - even in the edge area. The laser pointer visually indicates the center of the tool. A simple crosshair with a pen is sufficient for marking. In addition, attachable hinged stops even enable row punching. With 46 kN at 600 bar it is punching sheet steel, stainless steel, aluminium and plastic.

The patented TML (Thin Material Lifting) and TMC (Thin Material Clamping) magnet technology makes Alfra's lightweight permanent magnets unique - they can be customised in a variety of ways and, depending on the model, can adhere to materials as thin as just one millimetre.
Lifting Magnet TML 250: Thanks to patented magnet technology, you can lift safely and comfortably with the TML 250. The name: TML (Thin Material Lifting). There’s a wide range of application possibilities in these three letters. For example, the lifting magnet is showing an excellent performance on thin-walled materials. On materials from a thickness of 3 mm, the holding force is already 90 kg (for uncoated and stainless steels). From a thickness of ten millimeters, the TML 250 is convincing with a load capacity of 250 kg – with a triple safety factor. And with a dead weight of 3.5 kg, the magnet is up to 70 percent lighter than conventional permanent magnets with a comparable performance. Like all Alfra products, this versatile helper in metal working, on building sites or in shipyards is particularly user-friendly: Activate the TML 250 by means of a practical one-hand operation inside a T-beam and connect the 360° rotating load swivel with your crane, ceiling crane or hoist - for example by means of a hook with safety flap or a load loop. Thanks to the resistant magnetic surface with TiN coating, theTML 250 is extremely robust.

ALFRA cable ducting cutting device – VKS 125: The VKS 125 can do one thing above all - cut cable ducts with millimetre precision and without burrs. At the heart of the device is a blade made of hardened tool steel that effortlessly cuts wiring ducts and covers up to 125 millimetres wide - without noise, plastic chips or sharp edges. This eliminates the risk of chafing cables in the duct. Because the blade is fixed, cuts at an exact 90 degree angle are no problem - even with halogen-free cable ducts.
Alfra profile rail cutting device® – PSG 5+®: The PSG 5+® not only cuts mounting rails with the dimensions 35mm/7.5; 35mm/15, 15mm/5.5; but also copper earthing rails with the dimensions 10 mm X 3 mm and C-profiles 3415. It is also possible to cut G-profiles to length in accordance with EN 60715. Hole punches and dies for round, oblong and cross holes provide the 'plus'.
