SmartKai is a shore-based sensor system that provides assistance on board for every berthing ship without retrofitting and documents all processes for the port/operator. The system automatically records ATA, berthing time and ATD and can be used accordingly for digital planning and billing. The system also monitors ship movements during loading and laytime to detect line breakage.
